We have just had the two families through our home. We got everything perfect 10 minutes before they all arrived. There is going to be a bidding war on as they both want it NOW. Tan Tan and Janny won't recognize our home this afternoon; it is SO tidy.
Tan Tan and Janny are on their way as I type. Everything is ready. We are going to do a pre-Christmas trial run/taste testing of a few prawns on the deck tonight and have a BBQ. Rob is going to come over as well. GJ, Tan and Rob are going to also taste test some of GJ's good scotchs'. When the three of them have done this in the past , they stay up to the early hours of the morning solving the problems of the world and using the word " Bollicks" continually.
It is amazing how much money we have spent to get the house ready for tenants. The tenants get a new vacum hose, a Kreepy Krawly ( auto cleaner thingy) for the pool, freshly painted bathrooms, laundrey and office, new glass for the shower screens, new mesh for all the screens, a new 50 000lt water tank. As well as all the standard things as carpet cleanning, proffessional window cleaning, landscaping etc. Now the salt cell on the pool has decided to give up. A new cell would probably blow the old controller, so we are now up for $1900 to replace it. I suppose that this is what happens when you are a home owner.
